Refunds & Replacements — Our 100% Happiness Guarantee

We care about our customers, and we guarantee satisfaction. We offer replacements in the case of defective product and, at our discretion, we offer refunds to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you're not happy with our product, Just email us at hello@unclockable.com, and we'll make it right, with a return, exchange, or refund. Our Happiness Guarantee policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Refunds are given to the payment method originally used at checkout, and may take 2-5 business says to appear on your billing statement.
