If you're not happy with our product, just email us at hello@unclockable.com, and we'll make it right, with a return, exchange, or refund. Our Happiness Guarantee policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. But contact us anyway, we love to help. Note: all adjustments are case-by-case, and at our discretion.

Free Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Refunds are given to the payment method originally used at checkout, and may take 2-5 business says to appear on your billing statement. Returns are free of charge. Returned product must be in new & unused condition.
